It is located on a quiet courtyard in a three-story building.

On the first floor : Two bedrooms
One large bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, two bedside tables with lamps, a chest of drawers and a large cupboard.
A second bedroom with twin beds upstairs + Cable TV. Both bedrooms look onto the courtyard with large windows.

The grocery store is on the same block as weel as the baker, the butcher , supermarket Franprix and the drugstore.

Direct bus to the Galeries Lafayettes, the Opera and a 15 mn metro ride to the LOUVRE museums.

Small and round staircase between the two floors of the duplex. There are two entrances to go to the first floor of the apartment. Either you go up to the first floor with the spiral staircase in the flat or there is another entrance from the main staircase which goes directly to the level of the bedrooms. It is easier to go up this way with luggage.

The location of the apartment is extremely quiet without any street noise whatsoever.
