Our first steps in the world of adventure and luxury tours began years ago when our desire to share the wonders and culture of Morocco with the rest of the world grew into the development of a unique travel organization. Since those beginnings, we have broadened our horizons to offer a range of travel adventures in many parts of the country.

We offer a wide range of treks, walks, Sahara expeditions, skiing or climbing in the Atlas Mountains and many other exciting options. While some require physical as well as mental stamind, most are adventures which can be enjoyed by anyone with an enquiring mind who enjoys getting off the beaten track, discovering and learning about the country and its history.

The spirit of adventure and learning are at the core of what we offer. We are dedicated to providing quality, innovation, value and challenge within a framework of ecologically sound adventures. We offer an enormous range of different escapes, from easy walks to 4,000 metre climbs, from the High Atlas Mountains to the vast ergs in the south. Accommodation too can be varied, from top-end establishments through good quality to basic, all carefully chosen to offer value for money.

Moroccan Skies has a highly experienced team to help you organize your adventure to Morocco. Our consultants have traveled to and lived in all corners of Morocco and are passionate about travel. This expertise and passion shows through in their dedication to making every group's experience the best possible.

The best people to show you a country are people from that country – their country! Our tour leaders are multi-lingual and are also versed in various local dialiects. They will explain to you, in your own language, all about the local history and culture of their homeland. They can bridge the gap between cultures and they can help you to deal with local groups or individuals, ensuring that differences are respected and helping to bring understanding and mutual benefits.

GROUP SIZE:

When you join a tour, you will travel with a small group. The maximum number in any group is fifteen – small enough to avoid making a negative environmental impact on the places you visit and people you meet, but large enough to have a good time with other travelers within your group. The least footprints we leave behind us, the better visitors we are.

We do all we can to offer choices, and this may cause the group size to be very small, allowing more privacy, but we ensure always that every day offers variety and interest, no matter how small the numbers in the tour.

ENJOY A HAMMAN:

Moroccan Hammam is one of the most ancient and richest natural systems for body health in the world. Originating in the time of the ancient Romans in Africa, it is today considered an important health tradition – not only a therapeutic practice, but also a philosophy and lifestyle. The Hamman includes both the physical aspect as well as social and environmental factors as part of creating a harmonious universe for the patient.

A Hamman is an invigorating experience. It comprises a traditional bathing ritual which combines good hour of scrubbing and pummeling while you lie on a stone slab and the application of muddy unguents, all taking place in a private heated, steamy chamber.
