Update Your Listing
You can update your listing information at any time and as often as you would like. Simply login to your account and click on ‘Manage Listing’ to update your images, prices & description.

The more high quality images that you add to your listing, the more inquiries you will get. Whatever you offer, be sure to include images with guests enjoying your property, tour or activity. This helps potential guests identify and get more excited about your offering.

Facebook is an incredibly powerful social marketing tool that you should use to help promote your services. When customers view your listing page and see how many people ‘like’ your services, it gives them more comfort in making a booking.

Encourage Guests To ’+1′ Your Listing
Google’s new ‘+1′ button also helps you promote your services using social media. Not only will it give customers confidence in your services, it will actually bring your listing higher on Google’s search pages.
Convert Inquiries To Bookings
When you get an inquiry from a customer, be sure to send a personalized response. With email, it is easy to give canned impersonal replies, and we know you are busy, but a warm personalized response can go a long way.
Answer their questions and give them a rate based on their travel dates. Also, be sure your replies are professional and include your name, phone number and the original inquiry they sent so they remember what it is about.
DO NOT send them to your website for ‘more information’. They probably have already put in a lot of time searching and planning their vacation, and most importantly they already found you through our site. Don’t send them on a wild goose chase to book with you. If they go to your website, they may get distracted and search for other options.
Keep in mind that the customer has already seen your information, viewed your images, and they are ready to book. Your role is to be a salesperson and close the deal. Of course you should answer their questions in your reply to their inquiry, but keep in mind the objective, which is to get a booking! Your job is to give them the price and get their deposit or payment.

Create an Effective Title and Description
Having a good title and description for your listing is key… literally! You want to use relevant keywords in your title and description that visitors can use to find your listing. Below is a diagram of how a visitor may find your listing on RealAdventures. Notice the listings that contain the keywords the visitor entered are returned in the search results. If your listing is a vacation rental in Florida with a pool, but your title or description does not contain these keywords you may be missing out on valuable exposure to visitors.
