Westways is located in the old Mission district with a few minutes walk to the Elbow River. Entrance to Stampede Park, home to the Calgary Stampede & Canadian Saddledome is a 10 min walk. The Calgary Convention Centre in the city centre is 25 mins walk.
West of Westways is the Funky Fourth St with its craft stores & large choice of restaurants and the Wild Wood Micro Brewery. Leading onto the 17 Ave SW.

This 1912 heritage home with its original box beam ceilings, leaded glass windows and hardwood floors also a magnificent built in china display cabinet where old bone china and curios are displayed. The living room has a new living flame gas fire and guests are welcome to relax with a newspaper or watch TV. The dining room with its mahogany Duncan Style table where hearty breakfasts are served on bone china, accompanied with cut crystal and great conversations are experienced by guests from all over the world. On the Mission designed sideboard the silver plate tea service and other ornaments are on display.

All the bedrooms are non-smoking and have ensuite bathrooms.
Each room has TV/VCR, telephone with modem port, desk and bathroom robes.
The Scollen Room has the following amenities:

Non-smoking, Ensuite Bathroom, Queen bed, full tiled bathroom suited to the room.and adjoining dayroom. Recently restored fir floor, off set with oriental rugs, adjoining through the french doors is a small day room with is English period wardrobe and dresser offset the clasic dusky rose colour walls

Dining Room may reserved for private functions. Of street pave parking.

Single $52 - $99.00, Double $57 - $160.00 according to time of year.
Deposits required for July, long term stays and block bookings.

Airport:
Follow the signs for City Centre and this will lead you from Barlow Trail onto Memorial Drive. Take the exit for 4 Ave S.E.& City Centre which is an overpass. On 4th Ave S.E.turn left onto 1st St. SE which becomes Mcleod Trail South. Turn right onto 25 avenue and I am a block & half after the bridge on the right hand side.

From Banff:
Travel on Highway 1 to Calgary, just past the Olympic Park, turn right onto Sarcee Trail, continue to 17th Ave and turn left, head east until you reach McLeod Trail South and proceed as before.

From the South:
Highway 2 from Fort Mcleod as it approaches the City becomes Mcleod Trail North. Turn left onto 25 Ave & proceed as before.
