Taharaa Mountain Lodge - Details

Taharaa Mountain Lodge is wonderfully located on more than 5 acres in Estes Park with totally unobstructed, spectacular views of the Mummy Range mountains and territorial landscape. Situated only 4 miles from the entrance to the Rocky Mountain National Park with over 250 trails for hiking in the spring, summer and fall seasons and snowshoeing in the winter. Wildlife watching is a year round activity in the Park.

Estes Park is only 1 1/2 hours NW of Denver giving the opportunity for pre or post business trips to one of Colorado's major destinations, the Rocky Mountain National Park.

Taharaa is undoubtedly one of the premier Luxury Bed & Breakfast Lodges in the state of Colorado. The log and stone, board-and-batten Lodge was custom built in 1997 and is reminiscent of the grand lodges of the Adirondacks and Rockies built by oil barons and industry scions in the late 1800s and early 1900s. Enjoy rustic elegance at its best.

Taharaa offers 9 lodge rooms and 3 suites. All include private deck, sitting area with gas fireplace, writing desk, phone with 24 hour private voice mail and data port, private bath. Jacuzzi tubs and steam showers are available in the suites.

Guests are invited to enjoy all the Lodge has to offer, including a Great Room with roaring fire, Den, Dining Room, Solarium, TV Room, indoor Dry Sauna and Exercise Area, outdoor Gazebo with Hot Tub. The Conference Room can accommodate 14 with total privacy.

Daily Gourmet Breakfast and Happy Hour are graciously offered to our guests.

Sorry, but we cannot accept children under the age of 13 years. Pets are not allowed and we are a totally non-smoking lodge.

We do have a resident cocker spaniel dog, named 'Rocky'.
