The inn is located on a quiet tree lined street, in the heart of downtown Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. This turreted Victorian was built in 1994. All of our guest rooms have private baths and fireplaces. With nine foot ceilings to brighten each room, the formal dining room and parlor invite lingering over tea or evening dessert. The wrap-around porch is always fun, no matter what time of day. You can relax on the swing for two or soak in the sunken hot tub in the private back yard.

All of Our Uniquely Art & Antique Decorated Guest Rooms Have Private Baths and remote-controlled Fireplaces, Queen or King Victorian High Back Cottage or Canopy King beds. For example Suite William, this Large Suite Decorated with Wine Leather Look Walls and White Crown Molding and Hosting a Victorian Wonderful Half Testiere (Canopy) King Bed, White Mantled Fireplace and Living Room Area. Then French Doors Open to Your Own Private Ocean Sand Dunes Fantasy Mural Sand Bath, with a Great Claw Foot Soaking Tub & Shower.

Dinning is unquestionably one of the special pleasures of any trip to Rehoboth Beach. Catering to a range of tastes, from basic café to classic cuisines, there is an unbelievable concentration of restaurants all within a few blocks of the Inn. A Dining Guide is provided for every guest, and we offer assistance in picking the right restaurant for every occasion.

We offer custom made gourmet diners, that can be served in your room, on the Veranda, or on our patio. Advanced reservations are required.

Therapeutic Massage, We have a spa Room & a Licensed and Nationally Certified Massage Therapist for many types of massage, including HOT STONE, Swedish, Connective Tissue, Deep Tissue/Sports Massage, Neuromuscular Massage and Reike.

The Sea Witch was designed and managed as a romantic resort, and we cannot accommodate children, the Inn& it;s interior is smoke-free. We have two quiet non-allergenic small canine companions, that live in the owners quarters on the site.

We are open all year, booking well in advance is recommended to ensure availability. Our Spring /Summer Season is from May 23 to Sept.30th. The season rates are weekday $175 to $235. And our weekend rates are from $195. To $295. Our Fall/Winter rates are $155 to $245.

The full gourmet breakfast is served in the formal dining room, starting with coffee and juices, fresh baked muffins and an array of fresh fruit. The main course includes pancakes, waffles or an astounding egg creation.

Directions from D.C.: Beltway, John Hanson Highway (Rt. 50-301) toward Annapolis, over the Bay Bridge. Stay right on Route 50, turn left on Rt. 404, left on Rt. 16, right on US 1 and south 12 miles to Rt. 1A into Rehoboth.

From New York or Philadelphia: Delaware Memorial Bridge to I-95 south to Christiana Mall Road exit. Follow US 1 to Dover Toll ($1) Road through Dover and onto Rt. 113 to beaches, about 40 minutes. Left on Rt. 1A into Rehoboth.

In Rehoboth, Route 1A (Rehoboth Avenue). Pass "Dog Fish Head" Restaurant and turn left on Lake Avenue (next to Quillen's Hardware.) #71 Lake Avenue is on your left.
