Eilis welcomes her guests with freshly brewed tea/coffee and homemade cake in the conservatory where they may relax and enjoy the wonderful views of the sea, islands, hills and castle. They can also browse through the large selection of books on the area. Advice on tours and trips is available on request.
There are six rooms for guests, 4 with private shower and toilet and 2 sharing a bathroom. All rooms are equipped with tea/coffee making facilities and hair dryers. All the rooms are non smoking.
Discover historic Cahersiveen where there are more than 1,500 archaeological sites, including ringforts, rock art etc. This is an ideal location for Fishing, scubadiving, cycling, walking, Birdwatching, horseriding, touring the Skellig Ring, Valentia Island, the Ring of Kerry and the Dingle Peninsula.
Sea Breeze Guesthouse is only 2km away from the car ferry to Valentia Island and boats to the Skellig Islands and their 6th century monastery.

Nearest railway station is in Killarney with a bus service to Cahersiveen twice a day.
Kerry airport is 80km which is serviced by Ryanair and Aerarran.
We are signposted off the N70 on the southwest side of Cahersiveen and are located 1 mile from town centre, on the road to Reenard Point where the car-ferry departs to Valentia Island and also ferry to Skelligs islands.
