New apartment house with 2 pools, air-conditioning directly next to beach entrance and 300-400m away from the city centre of Siofok. The exclusively furnished house contains 9 apartments for 2, 4 and 6 people. Every apartment has a television set, bathroom with shower and toilette, a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and air-conditioning. A terrace belongs to 7 of the apartments. The house also rents 4 double rooms with a bedroom, bathroom, fridge, air-conditioning and TV: There is NO kitchen in the double rooms

Next to the house there is a huge sunbathing terrace with swimming pool, grill and garden furniture. The house owns its own closed parking lot for many cars.
Apartments consist of living/dining area, bathroom with shower/bath, and fully equipped kitchen with fridge (and freezer), microwave, oven, coffee machine, cutlery, dishes, and more. Air-conditioning is wall cooling - min. 24 degrees.
