It's 17th century structure was recently restored with all the modern comforts while maintaining charming original details such as wooden beams painted with noble family stems and the antique fireplace in the sitting area which is lit all through the winter.

From Rome Km 130, A1 direction Florence, Exit Orte, Terni, Spoleto. From Florence km 220, A1 direction Roma, Exit Valdichiana, Trasimeno, Perugia, Assisi, Spoleto.
We advise you to take the first exit to Spoleto if you are arriving from Perugia or the second one if you are coming from Rome. When you are at the roundabout turn left and then straight on until to pass the doors of the city that will bring you to Piazza Garibaldi. From here go on following the directions to the centre. When you get to Piazza Collicola you will find the Hotel Charleston.
