A limited number of fully furnished (un-serviced) or unfurnished apartments are available based on standard real estate leasing.These apartments are leased on behalf of apartment owners and are not part of the Waldorf Pennant Hills Apartment Hotel operation but tenants can utilize all the complex facilities.The standards of furnishing fit out, inclusions and service may not be in line with the Waldorf Apartment Hotel standards.Minimum lease period: 2 months. Apartments are leased based on availability at the time of the reservation and may not be reserved in advance. Security bond is required or in case of corporate reservation company undertaking is acceptable. The rental excludes electricity, Pay-TV, linen/towel change, telephone and internet connection. One week non-refundable administration fee is payable by the tenant or the company when reservation is confirmed. 2 weeks rental in advance is required on confirmation of leases. Extensions of leases are not guaranteed and are subject to apartment owner's approval. Linen/towel change, telephone and high speed internet connection are available subject to additional fee. All individual leases are subject to credit check.
