Ski Trail Condominiums is one of the very few economy ski-in/ski-outs at the Steamboat Ski Area. Ski Trail features one bedroom/one bath, two bedroom/two bath and three Bedroom/two bath units. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. In lieu of a USD 250.00 Security Deposit authorization hold on a credit card at check-in, guests have the option to purchase a Security Deposit Waiver that will cover for accidental damages up to a maximum of USD 5000.00, for a nominal one time fee of USD 29. There are no cleaning fees for stays of 3 nights or more. The following cleaning fees will be collected upon check-in for all two night stays - 1 bedroom - USD 20.00, 2 bedroom - USD 35.00, 3 bedroom – USD 50.
