We are located in downtown San Jose, First Avenue, close to most of the bus stations, restaurants, museums, banks, supermarket, clubs, casinos all in short walking distance (3-5minutes) . We provide home and decent environment. We have been running this property since 1990, We have brand new deluxe rooms just remodeled 2011 September!!

This little bed-and-breakfast on the hill leading up to the Parque Nacional is a real bargain and definitely worth considering. It was once the home of Otto Apuy, a well-known Costa Rican artist, and original artwork abounds. The building itself is a classic example of a tropical wood-frame home and has been painted an eye-catching pink with blue and white trim.
