Our Trekking guides are Cypriots with enthusiasm - their love to Cyprus is obvious. WALKING PROGRAMME … a natural phenomenon…
Neighboured to the charming mountain health resort TROODOS at 1.500m height we start our walking trek to the Caledonian Waterfalls.The interesting way leads the valley downward on a hidden nature trail, which is winding along an all year waterfilled cold mountain river, called "kryos potamos". Several times the clear brook is to be crossed on soft rocks and stones. The unique geology, fauna and flora in that part of the mountain region is explained by experienced walking leaders from ECOLOGIA TOURS & TRAVEL. Black pine, gold oak, Aleppo pine and strawberry trees are companions specially on this track. The sight of the waterfalls offers a magnificent natural phenomenon: the water of the river falls down in approx. 15m high cascades.
Typical villages in that part of the mountain area bring a view into the everyday life here.

Small family ownd hotels with flair are our accomodation for Groups or nice apartments next to the sea or in Cypriot villages. If you do prefer private holidays, just choose one of our Cyprus Villas or houses in unspoit natural regions.
On our treks often we take fruits with us for energy breaks or we visit Cypriot country tavernas with aromatic, rich Mediterranean food.
