Our winter temperatures are usually mild but can drop below freezing at night. Our summer temperatures are generally in the 90's during the day and cool down to a mild temperature in the evenings.

We are sits on 40 acres in a rural setting.Office, Store & bright clean Laundry room to greet you upon arrival. Huge 200' pull-thrus on large sites, full hook-ups with 20,30,50 amp service, free Wireless high speed internet. And for our long term guest, Phone hook-ups available at each site.

On I-10 take New Mexico exit 5 ( at Road forks ) South on New Mexico Hwy 80 Park is 23 miles on the right. Heading north on NM Hwy 80 we are 1/2 mile north of NM Hwy 9 and 6 miles north of Rodeo, NM Watch for our signs.
