Surrounding Area
We are two blocks away North from Irarrazaval and one block away East from Salvador, both of them have lots of public transport that can take you anywhere (Down Town, Universidad de Chile, Universidad Católica...etc). And you could also walk to the subway Metro Irarrazaval at about six blocks from here, It connects the hole city. We also have a supermarket with drugstore at about 4 blocks and a small park at 3 blocks too.
Vacation Rental Property
Our apartment is in the first floor of a two floor house. We have two rooms available for rent, if you rent either of the rooms you can share the front yard, the back yard, the living room, the bathroom, and the Kitchen.
Sleeps & # of Bedrooms
We have two bedrooms for rent, each one is for one person. One has a private bathroom with shower (I still dont have pictures of this room), the other one has to share the bathroom of the house. (this room is the one on the picture)
Policies & Restrictions
1.In either bathroom, private or shared, you may have one shower a day.
2.You can use the Kitchen for cooking small things, you cannot use it for big meals or use the oven (we could speak about it).
3.The smoking area is the front yard or back yard, Not in the house.
4.We dont allow dogs or cats, you can have small pets you can manage in your room like a bird for instance...
5.We would like someone who is responsible, tranquil, who works or studies.
