Members can find a cozy retreat in their residences, most featuring dramatic cathedral ceilings . Each living room features a gas burning fireplace, dining area, fully-equipped kitchen, and balcony with majestic views . Minimum age required at check-in is 21 . There is an Internet fee of USD 6 . 00 per day, USD 30 . 00 per week . On March 25, an outside company plans to begin construction on the lot immediately adjacent to The Miners Club . As a result, parking in the parking garage will be limited to one vehicle per reservation, and any overflow parking for second and subsequent vehicles will now be offsite . Raintree Vacation Club will take every measure available to ensure that this construction affects your vacation as little as possible . Please note that Raintree will also allow Guests to cancel and rebook their reservation with no penalty should they wish to change the dates or destination of their vacation .
