Sea Kayaking:
Your stay at Bear Cover includes use of our recreational kayaks. Both single & double kayaks are available. Start your kayaking expedition from our sheltered beach. If you have not kayaked before, don't worry, one of our staff members will give you instruction until you are ready to venture out on your own. Bear Cove is roughly three miles in length and one mile wide and offers many opportunities to get out and venture along the shoreline. More experienced kayakers will find great paddles outside of Bear Cove to the head Kachemak Bay. All paddlers are almost guaranteed to see wildlife during one of these outings.

We have for your use two, three person row boats. We also offer sightseeing tours aboard one of our fleet vessels. Your host and personal guide Kendal shown in this photo.
