You are a 10 minute walk from Guardamar centre that has lots of bars, restaurants and street cafes plus a nightly market stretching along from the town centre to the the promenade. Guardamar caters for everybody young and old.

The bathroom consists of bath shower, toilet, bidet and wash basin.This accommodation is on the second floor with 2 lifts and allocated car parking space.
