The first day (day one)
Breakfast is typically light Italian, featuring freshly made breads and brioche. The Italians have a light breakfast so as not to interfere with the appetite for the incredible lunch and dinners!
In the morning you will be given a budget to shop around at the local market and buy whatever produce you fancy ready for the days first cooking lesson in the afternoon. After that you will be taken to the town of Govone to sample some magnificent local wines, then over to San Damiano for lunch at a Enoteca (Specialist wine bar) in the town .... and of course more wine sampling.
Early evening there will be the first
cooking class using the produce purchased at the market.
Dinner in the evening will be in our own Trattoria.
