Our family house is located near port of Gruz. The quiet and peaceful area will enable you to fully relax while enjoying nice views of Gruz port and Lapad Peninsula.
The house is very near the city port and main bus station. It is also near the green market, supermarket, the bank and lot of restaurants and caffe bars. Old town is 20 minutes walking distance and 5 minutes by bus. Bus station is 100 m from our house.
We offer 2 double rooms with shared bathroom sea view. One room is with balcony and nice sea views. Secure parking is possible in our garage or in front of our house. There is also big tarrce with lots of flowers.

The personal service and warm hospitality will enable you to spend memorable holidays in Dubrovnik. Rooms have air conditioning which is not included in the price. You can pay extra fee for using it on arrival.
