The Fylde International Backpackers is Blackpool's first and only 4 star Backpackers Hostel. We offer a friendly welcome, 10 clean and comfortable private ensuite rooms, spacious sun lounge, Basement Games room and free internet. Centrally located to the attractions and town centre we are the perfect base for exploring Blackpool and meeting new people.
Our Backpackers has been awarded Highly Commended for Guest Accommodation in Blackpool Tourism Awards 2009/2010. For a quick overnight stay or a long weekend break we offer comfortable public areas and bedrooms to ensure you feel at home. We aim to provide our guests with a safe, clean and comfortable environment to make the most out of your stay in Blackpool. We cater for all clientele from sole travelers to couples to families. We have rooms and facilities to suit you all!
Located in central Blackpool we are fortunate to be within a ten minute walk to most of the famous attractions, town center and the Promenade. Catering for couples, international travelers, business travelers, families, conference delegates, school groups and dance groups, the Fylde offers a friendly and quiet retreat to make your stay more enjoyable. We aim to provide our guests with a high standard of cleanliness and comfort throughout their stay. We offer a spacious and comfortable sun lounge with Freeview TV, DVD player, free internet station, Wi-Fi, a good selection of books and a comfortable environment for you to relax and watch the world go by in.

Traveling on the M55 turn off at junction 4 which is signposted A583 Blackpool North shore, turn right at the roundabout keep straight on for about 3 miles, you will pass the white windmill and McDonalds. After the fourth set of traffic lights you will see CSL furniture store on your left side; go straight on along Park Road. After approximately half a mile you will start to see small bed and breakfasts on your left. Continue until you reach the traffic lights on Park Road and Palatine Road. You will see a building in front of you called Kingsley Court. Turn left at the lights and we are the second hotel on the left hand side.

Blackpool North Train station is the busiest station. It is located about 1 mile from the Fylde Hotel. This will cost approximately €4.00 in a taxi.
By coach'
There are several coach stations in Blackpool, the main one serviced by National Express or Stagecoach is Talbot Road. Again this is located approximately 1 mile away and will cost around €4.00 in a taxi.
By Air '
Blackpool International Airport is located in Blackpool itself. It is approximately 3 miles from the hotel so take a taxi which will cost between €7.00 - €10.00.
