2) CANCELLATION POLICY: Any cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the reservation amount. Any amendments are subject to a charge equal to 100% of the reservation amount. 3) BOOKINGS made FROM 5th December 2009 will include the below add-ons (per room per night): 12 hours air-conditioning & rental of 1 towel. This is only applicable for stays FROM 1st January 2010.
4) BOOKINGS made BEFORE 5th December 2009 does not include any add-ons. Guest will have the option to buy add-ons from the hotel during their stay.
