Just 500 feet to Bull Shoals Marina and Boat Dock. Within minutes to the White River where World Record Trout are caught. Visit the James A. Gaston Visitors Center, The 1890 Mountain Village and Caverns, Top of the Tower and be entertained at the Bull Shoals live entertainment theater. Bull Shoals Lake is crystal clear and is a delight for boating, swimming, water skiing, wakeboarding and scuba diving.
Accommodations
We have a lovely courtyard here at the Mar Mar with picnic tables, swings, fire pit, BBQ grills. There is a swing set with a slide and also a sandbox for the kids. Horseshoe pits are available for the adults along with Hillbilly golf.
Rooms/Suites
Ours rooms are all clean and comfy. Each room has two standard size beds, microwave, refrigarator and coffee pot. All bed clothing is laundered after each guest which includes spreads and mattress pads. Kitchenette's are furnished with ranges with ovens, refrigarators, microwaves, coffee pots, toasters, tableware, cookware, and untinsils.
Amenities
Across the street is Connie's Cafe and Cosmo's. Just a block away is The Villiage Wheel. There is the 178 Club and D's Beacon Point just a short drive. All have very good Breakfast, lunch, dinners or just a great desert. Bull Shoals also has a bowling alley, and an exercise room.

We have daily maid service at the Mar Mar.
Policies & Restrictions
We have smoking and non smoking rooms and are pet friendly. We do charge $10.00 per pet. A one time fee. Not charged daily.
Rates & Availability
Our regular sleeping rooms are $50.00 a nite for two people. Kitchenette's are $60.00 a nite for two people. A charge of $5.00 for the extra person. Children 12 years and younger are free.
Other Information
We offer guided fishing trips with Big Phil's Guide Service either on the White River or Bull Shoals Lake. The White River is known for World Record Trout fishing, which has German Brown, Rainbow, Cutthroat, Brook Trout. On the Lake there is Walleye, White Bass, Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Crappie, and Catfish. Big Phil supplies everything you need on the river. Rods, Reels and the bait. River trips are $175.00 for 1/2 day for two people and $250.00 full day for two people. Extra person is $50.00. Call for more info on the lake trips. Charges are different for the lake.
