Welcome to Hi Hollenfels, our youth hostel is located right next to the castle.
The hostel dispose as well a part of the castle which offers availability of 60 beds for groups outside the school holidays.
The castle became the home of the ecological youth centre in 1975 which offers, in close co-operation with the youth hostel, ecological courses for groups and classes.
Sanitary facilities are on the ground floor, supplementary toilets are on each floor.
The youth hostel offers a tinkering room as well as three common rooms, which may be used as classrooms. HIFI & Video equipment can be put at the group's disposal if required.
The hostel is suitable for individuals, families and groups.
Our team will do its best to satisfy the guests and offers full board (lunch, dinner, packed lunch). Luxembourgish specialities and vegetarian meals are available on request.
The Youth Center Marienthal with its adventure park, which is close to the youth hostel, offers the possibility for activities like mountain bike, climbing and mountaineering to youth- and school groups.

You will be contacted by the hostel to provide your CVV code. Hostelworld cannot provide this to the hostel and it is required in Luxembourg to confirm your booking. Failure to provide this may result in your booking being cancelled
Cancellation conditions:
In case of a cancellation more than 28 days before the arrival date, no fee will be charged. In case of a cancellation less than 28 days before the arrival date, a charge equivalent to 15 % of the booking value will be incurred. In case of a cancellation less than 24 hours before the arrival date or in case of no-show, the total booking value will be incurred (max. 2 overnights).
By car, Hollenfels is situated at 20 minutes from Luxembourg-City.
On weekdays, Hollenfels can be reached by public bus from the Capital and from Mersch.
