Terms & Conditions

Payment in full is due upon arrival. We do not accept personal checks. A valid credit card is required for reservations. Guests should call or email 24 hours prior to the arrival date to confirm the arrival time. Check-in is by appointment only on the arrival date, and check-out is at 10:00 AM on the departure date. All guests must show a government issued photo ID upon check-in. Arrivals between 7PM-11PM will require an additional $25 fee. No-shows and cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to arrival will be charged one night�s stay. If the guest does not cancel the reservation or arrive the first night of the reservation, the remainder of the reservation will be canceled. Guests should make stay extension requests at least 24 hours before scheduled departure. Stay extension requests may require the guest/s to switch rooms. Accommodations are available only to travelers from outside a 45 mile radius of Washington, DC. We do not accommodate walk up guests. We make no refunds however, we do understand that extenuating circumstances can occur. Should this happen, a gift certificate (good for one year) will be issued.

Directions

Take Green Line metro to U St. Take the exit towards 11th St. After existing the metro, walk to U St. (less than 50 feet away), take U St to 9th Street (numbers will decrease-11th,10th,etc). Make right onto 9th St and house will be on the right hand side. Please call upon arrival.
