Sailboat
Our houseboats have full hulls, marine generators, four-stroke Mercruiser engines, full carpeting and come with innerspring mattresses for that restful sleep in voyageurs country.
Destinations
We are located ten miles east of International Falls, Minnesota and one mile from the entrance to Voyageurs National Park on famous Rainy Lake. Our houseboats travel the waters of Rainy Lake encompassing 225,000 acres of pristine wilderness waterways.
Age range, type of group
We rent our houseboats to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. Our groups vary in size and make up:
-Men and women taking fishing trips
-Family and couple wilderness getaways
-Family reunions
-Business groups looking for a unique way to build relationships with colleagues and customers

Sleeping and meals
Our houseboats are equipped with stoves and ovens, gas barbeque grills and 15 to 17 cubic foot refridgerators. Meals are easily prepared in the kitchen area with a full compliment of cookware, plateware, and utensils that are provided. You can bring your food from home or shop in International Falls on your way.
Depending on your houseboat style there are many sleeping options including lofts, bunk beds and private staterooms.
Policies & Restrictions
We allow pets. There is a pet fee of $50.00.
Rates & Availability
All of our houseboats have a 3 night minimum stay. The rates range from $260-$1105 per day based on houseboat style. Weekly rates range from $1230-$5525.
Our rates are based on the houseboat style rented and are not priced per person.
Discounts Offered
We have spring and fall discounts as well as mid-week specials during the summer.
