The residence is located in the Verrerie district in Cannes la Bocca, 30m from the large sandy beach . It is a 7 storey building with fully equipped apartments from studios to 2 rooms flats for 4 persons which are well furnished and fitted . The residence also features 2 swimming pools . NOTE: The reception of the VILLA MAUPASSANT IS OPEN from Monday to Friday from 04 . 00 PM to 07 . 00 PM and from Saturday to Sunday from 09 . 00 AM to 12 PM and from 05 . 00 PM to 07 . 00 PM If you arrive outside these opening hours please notify us no later than noon on the day of arrival, so we can send you the access codes and you can recover your keys . The quoted rates include: TV, access to the swimming pool (closed in winter) for the short stay (1 to 6 nights) the Final cleaning is included (except for the kitchen) rates do not include: city tax of 1EUR per person per day, for all stays of 6 nights and more housekeeping is not included in the rate . final cleaning is available at a fee of EUR57 (does not include the cleaning of the kitchen) Towels are not included in the price . They are available at reception at a cost of EUR 7 per kit (one bath towel and one small towel) baby bed and baby chairs are available at an additional charge (16 euros per week or 4 euros per day) Private parking available with reservation only (EUR60 per week or EUR11 per day) Wifi Connection is available in all the apartments at an additional charge (1hour EUR3, 3hours EUR5, 1 week EUR20, 1 month EUR35) .
