The luxury Ironwood Townhomes offer ski-in access right off the slopes and are convenient to the main base area retail shops and restaurants . This complex offers two outdoor hot tubs and a private shuttle to chauffer you around Steamboat . Guests should check in at nearby SnowFlower Condos during the ski season (2200 Apres Ski Way) and the Torian Plum Condos during the rest of the year (1855 Ski Time Square Drive) . Please call for office hours and after-hours check in instructions . Please note there is 6 . 5 percent Resort Fee, calculated from the total reservation, charged at the time of booking . Please be advised that Sports Teams are not allowed . The Beach in front of Seascape Resorts Condos will be under renovation during the months of December, January, February and parts of March . Access will be limited and the beach walkway and entry gate will be closed from the property during this renovation . Full beach access is available nearby . Beginning the last week of December 2014, the resort will be getting all new balconies for units . There will be noise and construction but the impact will be as minimal as possible . Project is expected to take 100 days to complete . Property will make every effort to keep guests in units that are not effected at the time of their reservation, however if there is no other alternative the balcony my be out of service for a couple of days during their stay .
