Cabana Cay family beach resort condominiums are nestled along the north shore of Florida, in Panama City Beach. Cabana Cay provides what every busy family needs, an excuse to relax together. Here, you will settle effortlessly into a fully-furnished unit with generous, and unique, floor plans. All residences are beautifully furnished and include full equipped kitchens, as well as, vast private balconies perfect for reserved cool-shade, or providing an optimum view of the pool deck. A central courtyard area features a 13,785 sq. ft. free-form pool and sun deck, and two hot tubs. The white sand of Panama City Beach is a quick walk via public entrance. From Feb. 27 to April 9 a USD 400.00 security deposit is due at check-in. Spring Break Security deposit- USD 400.00 deposit due at check-in, USD 350.00 is refunded back after inspection of the unit pending no damage. USD 50.00 to be retained for processing fee. Guest are to check in at the Cabana Cay Welcome Center located at 17168 Front Beach Rd, Panama City Fl 32408. Once guests check-in they will then go check into their room. During the month of March for Spring Break the age limit is dropped down to 18 years old for all guests occupying unit; Guests under 18 have to be accompanied by a parent of legal guardian. For Spring Break the Check-in time is 4pm and Check-out is 8am. Check –in 4pm and Check-out is 10am all other times of the year. Cleaning fees are as follows:One Bedroom - 78.84; Two Bedroom 106. There is an 11.27 USD registration fee. Please note that there is a non refundable USD 45.00 Limited Damage Waiver fee, which will cover up to USD 2000.00 worth of accidental damages that are reported before check-out. Fees collected at check-in.
