ClearView is located a convenient 5 minutes away from Bermuda's L.F. Wade Internation Airport at the eastern end of the island. It is also 10 minutes from the town of St. George, which has been designated a World Heritage Centre, with all of its rich history and unique surroundings. Nearby attractions include the Crystal Caves, Perfume Factory,Triangle Dive Shop, Shelly Bay Beach & John Smith's Bay Beach, and Bermuda's most popular attraction the Aquarium. The is a shopping plaza within walking distance and public bus stops are immediately adjacent to the property. The property sits on a cliff overlooking North Shore and has the Bermuda Railway Trail a stones throw away. The Trail is ideal for walking, jogging, and general exploring of nature.
Vacation Rental Property
The vacation rental is a 2 Bedroom Apartment located on the 3rd floor of a 3 floor building complex. It has three private balconies all overlooking the ocean, one for each bedroom and the third for the living area. The bedrooms are en-suite with each bathroom having a separate shower stall from the tub. I bathroom is outfitted with a whirlpool tub. There is a large kitchen fully outfitted with all appliances, fittings and table for eating. The living area is very spacious and includes a table that can seat 6 very comfortably for dining. A sofa bed is available in the living space. Each bedroom and living area are outfitted with cable tv, telephone and Aircondition. Apartment is spacious with a contemporary design and decor.
Sleeps & # of Bedrooms
The apartment has a king bed in one bedroom and 2 queens in the second bedroom. It will sleep 4 adults very comfortably and with the additon of the sofa bed upto 6 persons can be handled. Besides the en-suite bathrooms with each bedroom there is also a powder room for the public areas.

The apartment comes with iron, ironing board, 3 televisions, cable TV, VCR, telephone, free internet, hair dryer and all linens.

There is a restaurant on the property and room service can be provided. Daily housekeeping service is also available.
Policies & Restrictions
Pets are not allowed and the apartment is all non-smoking. A short flight of steps (4) are used to enter the apartment which would need to be negotiated for wheel chair or other physical mobility challenges.

Rates are available for nightly or weekly stays. Mothly rates are available upon request.

Apartment is located just of North Shore Road in Hamilton Parish. Nearby landmaks are: Crawl Hamilton Parish, Shelly Bay Market Place, Landfall Restaurant and the Otto Trott Art Gallery.
