The entertainment is provided by superb musicians, the Merry Ploughboys, who are the longest performing traditional group in the city.

From the South/Leopardstown (M50):
Take the M50 Motorway North to and take Exit 12 for Firhouse/Ballyboden. Cross over the M50, following the signs for Ballyboden. After the Exit, go straight to the third roundabout. At 3rd roundabout turn right onto R116 for Glencree and Rockbrook. Continue on for about a mile, the pub will be on your left, the car park on your right.
From the North/Airport (M50):
Take the M50 Motorway South (through tolls) and take Exit 12 for Firhouse/Ballyboden. After the Exit, go straight to the third roundabout. At 3rd roundabout turn right onto R116 for Glencree and Rockbrook. Continue on for about a mile, the pub will be on your left, the car park on your right.
From Dublin 4 Area (Four Seasons/Montrose Hotel etc)
Take the N11 south from Donnybrook Village. After passing under the bridge for University College Dublin, turn right onto Fosters Avenue (you will see a small church at the corner of this junction). Proceed straight through all of the next junctions. You will then come to a major intersection at the Goat Grill Pub. Drive straight through this junction (passing the Goat Pub on your left) and proceed straight all the way along Taney Road to Dundrum CrossRoads under the Luas (Tram) Rail Bridge. Drive straight through onto Churchtown Road.
Watch out for the Bottle Tower Pub on the left hand side at a set of traffic lights. Turn left and follow the road which curves quickly to the right and then left on to Nutgrove Avenue. Proceed all the way along Nutgrove Avenue, passing a “Woodies” shop on your right, until you reach traffic lights at the Yellow House Pub and a church. Turn left here and proceed straight, keeping to the right of the "Tuning Fork" pub. Go straight to the roundabout. Go straight through the roundabout onto the R116 for Glencree and Rockbrook. Continue on for about a mile, the pub will be on your left, the car park on your right.
From Dun Laoghaire (Car Ferry Terminal):
Travel right from Crofton Road to York Road, Mounttown Lower, Kill Avenue, Kill Lane. Turn right on to the Stillorgan dual carriageway heading towards the City Centre. Turn left onto Leopardstown Road, Hillcrest Road, Blackglen Road, Harold's Grange Road, Grange Road. Take the left fork (after Marlay Park) on to Taylor's Lane. Straight through lights at junction. Turn left at the roundabout, travel straight on for approx. a mile towards Rockbrook.
