Vacation Rental Property

Cottage 15 is professionally designed with a layout including 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living/dining area, and upstairs tv room. The view from the porthole windows offers a reward for every sit up, or gaze at the shimmering sea from your yoga mat.

The stylish interior will calm your senses after a busy day of activities and the sleek kitchen or outdoor barbeque will satisfy your appetites. If cooking is not in your definition of "vacation mode" then Island eateries cater to all varieties of seafood cravings.


Perhaps you'll want to stay in bed and enjoy the scenery. The upstairs bedroom has a julliet balcony offering a view of the town clock and Holman's Island in the harbour. The cottage has been injected with a maritime style and yachting photographs adorn the walls. The yacht club itself is just a short walk down the boardwalk and the deck offers a vantage point to see the boats heading out to the strait.

Rates & Availability

The WEEKLY rate runs from Saturday afternoon to Saturday morning. Check in is after 3pm and check out is by 10am.

The current rate is $1800 Canadian (plus the taxes) for a group of four. Additional members can be bunked for $150 per person per week.

Don't Miss out! We recommend that you contact us early as P.E.I. is very busy during the summer months. Reservations are accepted via email and confirmed upon receipt of a cheque for 50% of the weekly rental rate. Remainder to be paid upon arrival.

From the Confederation Bridge
Follow Route 1A toward Summerside. At Reads Corner turn left towards "Summerside". Follow Water Street all the way into town and downtown. When you see the Shipyard Market and the beach on your left, you are getting close. The boardwalk follows along the water and on the right you will see Iron Haven Gym. Just past that and just before Coulson's Furniture you will need to turn right on St. Lawrence Street. Cottage 15 is the first house on the right. It's easily recognized from the blue color and the round porthole windows. This should take about 20 or 25 minutes.
