Watercrest is the perfect setting for family vacations, a couples getaway or special events that need a large meeting space . The amenities include a clubhouse, racquetball court, tennis court, sauna, pool, hot tub and much more . Watercrest has accommodations that will fit your every need . All condominiums are equipped with a full-size kitchen, washer and dryer, televisions, cable TV, DVD players and/or VCRs, linens and towels, as well as starter kits of coffee, dish soap/powder, laundry detergent and Gilchrist and Soames toiletries . Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian . Chaperoned groups are prohibited . Parking passes are USD 17 . 00 each and are required on each vehicle . Spring Break Policy: If the guest cancels, downgrades, shortens or is under the age of 25 and they are inside of 30 days of arrivals they forfeit their full reservation and no refunds will be given . Watercrest will begin construction on September 8th 2015 and most of the construction will be complete by April 1st 2016 . The renovation will take place on the entire building . The pools will be closed and parking will be limited at certain times during this period .
