\'Studio Ca Mirella\' it is a typical Venetian romantic Studio built on the mezzanine floor in the mid 1500 in a really quite atmosphere in one of the last green court of Santa Croce Area near the popular square of \'Santa Margherita\'.
The studio offer the Kitchen Facilities, self service breakfast including, 2 spare beds(second bed is not a twin bed but an attachment to the first one), bathroom with shower.
The sheets and towels shower including, hair dryer in bathroom, TV and kitchen service use.

The studio is 15 minutes far from Railway Station, and 10 minutes far from \'Piazzale Roma\' ( Bus and Car Parking)
We are near the popular square of \'Santa Margherita\': University Area.
- 2 night\'s minimum stay so No reduction of price will be made for later arrivals, for earlier departures or changes of room.
- Our cancellation policy is 72 hours before arrival, in case of late cancellation we will charge 1 night, the more expensive
cancellations have to be made by email.
- In case of no show we will charge you 1 night, the more expensive
-Check out is at 12pm, check in is after that once the rooms are clean but we provide luggage storage facilities.

From 'Piazzale Roma' ask about 'Tre Ponti' and look for st.'Rio Terra Dei Pensieri', look for door number 332 look for it on the left side of the street 'Rio Terra Dei Pensieri'
