The Gulf Beaches of Florida are simply amazing. We have cool Gulf breezes all year round. The beautiful beach is across the street. from your condo. World famous John's Pass is less than a mile. Dolphin sitings are a daily event. Clearwater Beach, Salvador Dali Museum and trendy Downtown St. Petersburg are all a short distance away. An amazing environment to reinvent your body & mind.
Typical Day
Skyline at Madeira is a CondoHotel where you will call home for your stay at Core Fitness Solution. The building is only 3 years new. All condos are nicely appointed, 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Free wireless internet access and washer & dryer in each condo. The view from your back balcony overlooks the Intracoastal waterway for beautiful sunrises while the front of the building faces the Gulf of Mexico for outstanding sunsets.
Age range, type of group
We provide 600 thread-count sheets and fluffy towels for your time with us. We want you to be as comfortable as possible while transitioning to a healthier you. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a king bed while the 2nd bedroom offers a queen (or twins) with the bathroom adjacent to the bedroom. All soaps, body wash, detergents & paper products are provided for the duration of your stay.

Our gyms at Core Fitness Solution are exclusive for our live-in clients like you. A swimming pool is right outside your back door. The beach is literally across the street. Tennis, Golf, Watersports, Museums, Shopping are all within walking distance or a quick cab ride.
Policies & Restrictions
Each week you will receive 3 massages in your condo! The chef-prepared meals are delivered to your condo. Weekly maid service is provided.
Rates
We have accommodated clients as young as 17. However, we find that most of our clients range from 21-60. A rare exception can be made for small pets. Our fitness camp is made up of both female and male clients with a ratio of about 60 to 40 respectively.
Other Information
We recommend a minimum of 2 weeks for excellent, long-lasting results. Rates start at $2,950.00 for Platinum, an all-inclusive weekly program. Please call or read below for current specials.

You will receive individual consults from our Nutritionist, weekly sessions with the Psychotherapist/Life Coach, 4-5 hours of workouts daily, all chef-prepared meals, dinner out on the town weekly, 3 in-room massages weekly, a workout regimen to take home, a nutritional plan to take home and weekly follow up from our top-notch team of trainers to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. This program is unmatched anywhere.
Madeira Beach is on Gulf Blvd. just north of St. Petersburg Beach and Clearwater Beach, FL. The closest airport is Tampa (TPA). Our sedan service will pick you up at the airport and take you over to Core Fitness Solution headquarters and your beach condo.
