Cabin 10

Our year-round cabins and motel rooms are all unique, but our guests can expect the following amenities:

•Charcoal grills
•Picnic tables

Grounds:
•Fire Pits. Our local Fire Marshal has visited our property to ensure our 5 fire pits meet fire code to provide safe bonfires for our guests.
•Playground.
•New Motel Deck. Our motel guests can enjoy a new constructed deck that is handicap accessible!

Motel units 22-25

Our year-round cabins and motel rooms are all unique, but our guests can expect the following amenities:

•Cable television
•No less than a “full” bed
•Refrigerators
•Either stovetops or microwaves
•Air conditioning
•Towels and washcloths
•Hand and dish soap (we do not provide shampoo or bath soap)
•Bathrooms with shower - cabins
•Bathrooms with shower/bathtub - motel

Cabin 8

The entire Entertainment Lounge can be reserved, and our relationships with local eateries are available to cater our guests’:
•Family reunions and celebrations
•Youth sports pre- and post-game meals
•Small business meetings

Cabin 1

•2 pm weekdays
•3 pm weekends
Check-out, 11 am.

Minimum Reservation (# of days for weekends)

Holiday and weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) stays must be at least 2 nights. However, please don’t hesitate to call us if your holiday or weekend stay is less than two days. We are flexible depending on availability.

Deposits
To hold a reservation, a minimum one night lodging or 30% of total reservation, whichever is greater, is required. All reservations require a credit card deposit. The deposit is applied to the last night of reserved stay.

Cancellation Policy
Fifteen-day cancellation notice required prior to non-holiday reservations, less $15 dollar service charge. All other deposits are non-refundable. Required to pay for every night reserved. We do not accept cancellations due to weather. We do not accept cancellations via email.

Additional Guests

Rates are based on occupancy identified by respective cabin and motel room on the “Accommodations” tab on the website. Additional adults add $12.00 per night per adult, children 6-18 years $6.00 per night, children 5 and under stay free with parents.

Housekeeping Cottages
Cottages do not receive daily service.

Pet Policies
Pets are permitted in designated cabins and must be pre-approved by Lee or Pam Cone. (Cabins 7, 8, and 12) Pets cannot be left unattended on Resort property. A non-refundable pet fee of $30 per pet is charged per stay. Any damages incurred will be charged accordingly.

Rate Changes
Rates are subject to change and vary on holidays and special events. Rates do not include tax.

Method of payment

Gardenwood does not accept personal checks. We accept cash, travelers’ checks, VISA and MasterCard.
No guns, firearms or fireworks
Smoking

All our units are non-smoking units. A cleaning fee will be assessed for anyone smoking in a unit.
