Welcome to The London Eye Hostel, one of London's best loved and best located hostels; we've been enriching the travels of young visitors to London for years. Our team are on hand to ensure every traveller has a uniquely memorable stay and a fantastic London experience.
We offer a great location in Zone 1, only 15 minutes' walk to Big Ben and Westminster Abbey. Now with a free walking tour of London!
You can enjoy complete comfort with your own personal light, as well as European and UK plug sockets for charging your phone, laptop or MP3 ...just for you! Our warm and comfy beds come with free linen and the clean bathrooms have hot water any time of day or night.
Breakfast is free and consists of toast with butter and jam as well as cereals, tea and coffee.
We provide free tea/coffee all day, free linen, free Wi-Fi throughout the entire building and a free continental breakfast. There are no hidden costs.
Guests can socialise in our lively communal areas and our lobby bar, serving drinks snacks and beer all day. The common room has two large-screen TVs. There's also a guest kitchen, dining room and internet cafe; we have PCs in the lobby that can be accessed for a small fee.
We have many activities for our guests, with a pool table and a DVD library.
There is a bicycle docking station around the corner and a 24-hour bus stop at the end of the road. Lambeth North Tube station is only a five-minute walk from the hostel.
Our location near the banks of the River Thames puts us only yards from London's famous Southbank. A short stroll takes you into Westminster and the city's top attractions, including Big Ben, Westminster Abbey and Trafalgar Square. Our hostel is also handy for a spot of culture - visit the Tate Modern or the Imperial War Museum nearby. With Waterloo Rail Station or Lambeth North Tube station a short walk away it's the ideal starting point for your London adventure.

We are unable to accommodate under-16s in our dormitories. Guests under the age of 16 are welcome to stay in one of our private rooms as long as they are accompanied by a adult parent or guardian.

From Heathrow Airport to Lambeth North Underground:
Walk to Heathrow Terminals 1-2-3. Take Piccadilly Line towards Cockfosters to Piccadilly Circus. Then, take the Bakerloo Line to Lambeth North.
From Victoria to Lambeth North Underground:
Take the Circle Line to Embankment. At Embankment transfer onto the Bakerloo line to Lambeth North. The journey will take approximately 15 mins.
From Gatwick Airport to Lambeth North Underground:
Take Thameslink Rail towards Bedford to London Bridge. Then take the Northern Line to Elephant and Castle. Transfer onto the Bakerloo Line to Lambeth North.
From Stansted Airport to Lambeth North Underground:
Take the Stanstead Express train or bus to Liverpool Street Station. Take the Central Underground line to Bank and change to the Northern line. Head south to Elephant & Castle. Change to the Bakerloo line and get off at Lambeth North.
From Waterloo to Lambeth North Underground:
Take the Bakerloo line towards Elephant and Castle to Lambeth North
From Luton Airport to Lambeth North Underground:
Walk to Luton Airport Parkway. Take Thameslink Rail towards Brighton to Farringdon. Then, take Metropolitan Line towards Aldgate to Moorgate. Transfer to the Northern Line to Elephant and Castle. At Elephant and Castle transfer onto the Bakerloo Line to Lambeth North.
From Lambeth North Underground to the London Eye Hostel:
From Lambeth North Station, when you exit the station you will see a large Church, cross the road and walk past it so that it is on your left, you are now on Kennington Rd. Keep walking until you come to a cross roads, turn right at the Days hotel onto Lambeth Rd. The next road on your left is Lambeth Walk, turn left here beside the Lambeth Walk pub. Continue around until you arrive at 73 Lambeth Walk. It should only take around five minutes...........see you soon.....
