Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to arrival in order to avoid charge of 1 night lodging and tax.

Our guests expect all our rooms, suites and private balconies to be smoke-free. There will be a minimum deep-cleaning charge of $250.00 to registered guests for disregarding our no-smoking policy.

Pets are allowed in select rooms and there is a $25 pet fee per stay
