Ft pool home situated in the prestigious Hampton Lakes community in Davenport, Florida, with only a short 15 minute drive to the gates of the Disney’s theme parks. This is the perfect villa for convenience and quiet relaxation. The floor plan consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, and is ideal for either two families or single families that like to spread out in this large open plan villa, (sleeps up to 8 guests). There is a games room for entertainment and wireless internet, along with free long-distance to Canada/USA.
As you enter the villa a queen size suite sits in front perfect for extended family or friends that want to have a little privacy and is equipped with cable tv, as well as a full size bathroom. Feast your eyes on the open floor plan as you make your way through the Dining room and bonus sitting area, perfect to kick back and relax after a long day at the parks. * Electric Pool Heat per day: $25.00 US or $150 US weekly Recommended (October to April months) NOTE: Pool heater may not work if temperature drops below 55 degrees
* We require a Booking Deposit of $200 US confirm a booking and hold your specific days (non-refundable). The deposit will be deducted from total balance. Full Balance needs to be paid, if less than 8 weeks before vacation dates.
* We require a Security Damage Deposit Fee of $250 US . This will be returned after check-out and no damages or issues have occurred.
* Contact us for SPECIALS, long-term stays, monthly stays and SNOW BIRDS stays.
* Bookings of less than 7 nights incur a cleaning charge of $95US .
* 12% tax and credit card/paypal fees
