We are centrally located to enjoy The Florida Keys or Miami, Pennekamp State Park, Everglades National Park or Miami Beach. All types of watersport activites from boating, sailing, snorkeling, diving, parasailing, waverunners - you name the Keys has it for watersports. Being located on the intracoastal waterway either north via Jewfish Creek or Adams waterway to access the ocean from our bayside location. It is approx 35min.

Accommodations
All 1 bedroom suites sleep up to 4 with queen sleeper sofa in the living room. All suites have a screened balcony facing Blackwater Sound for great sunset views. Located at MM 108, bayside, on the water with picnic area, gas grills, Wifi, heated pool and jacuzzi, tennis/basketball court.

All suites come are fully stocked to cook and dine in. There are 2 separate rooms for all suites; bedroom with bathroom and the kitchen and living room.

Policies & Restrictions
All our suites have maximum occupancy of 4 with 1 car parking per suite included. We do not allow pets. Must be 21 or older. All suites non-smoking.
