Lovely "bedroom" cottage with small fridge. Just steps to the large clean private bath and showers facility.
Sleeps two in comfortable Queen bed, tent area next to cabin for extra guests.

No pool yet but swimming in the river is great.
Re-modeled club house and store with bait and tackle, RV supplies, BBQ fuel, snacks and some food items. Propane for RV and BBQ tanks. ICE, cow candy to feed the cows. Deer corn to feed our "Bambi's"
Pool Table, work out room and Large screen Sat TV.
Regular park parties and get togethers for bingo, football, movies.

Policies & Restrictions
We are a pet friendly park, dogs must be on leash when out of RV and owners must pick up after them. New dog park where they can run free.
Please no dangerous or aggressive breeds, for the safety of our guests.

Horse back riding, your horse or ours. Enjoy the dirt, shaded trails that are preferred by riders in the San Antonio area.
Directions
Exit 140 off of IH 35 South (Anderson Loop 1604). Turn NW 200 feet to Quintana Road and take short road across RR tracks and turn E (right turn) under Anderson Loop 1604 3/4 mile to Trawalter Lane, then left to end and stop at office to check in.
