Start your tour from Aqaba City (Seaport, Airport, Ilat (Arava Pass))Driving for two hours to Petra.
We will see this ancient city both inside and out with time to rest and take in the sights, sounds, and smells. Just when you think you have seen enough dazzling sights in the Siq, emerging from it you suddenly come face to face with Al-Khazneh…the pride and joy of Petra and the most beautiful monument there.
We will see more of Petra when we walk through the Street of Facades, the Roman Theatre, the Royal Tombs, the Roman City, Petra Churches, Qasir Albint. Then time out for Lunch.
Free time and then head back to the visitor's centre afterwards.
I will drive you back to Aqaba or any other desired location in Jordan.
Typical Day
- Driving for two hours to reach Petra Visitor's Center.
- Pass through the classical trail in Petra to see the Obelisk Tomb and Bab as-Siq Triclinium. As-Siq: The ancient main entrance to Petra, with a small break
- Walk through the Street of Facades, the Roman Theatre
- Rest and continue to the Royal Tombs, the Roman City, Petra Churches, Qasir Albint. Lunch Time and walking back to the visitor center.
- Back to meeting point in Aqaba or any other desired place.
