What to expect in your Vacation Home:

o A screened in private swimming pool, pool deck with lounge chairs.
o Telephone, cable TV, central air conditioning and heating, washing machine and dryer.
o A spacious kitchen equipped with a range oven, full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, dishwasher, cooking utensils, cutlery, plates, cups and glasses for the maximum number of occupants.
o Dining areas with tables and chairs accommodate a minimum of 4 guests with many accommodating all guests.
o Living areas are furnished with a minimum of a sleeper sofa, love seat, television, tables and lamps.
o Master bedrooms with a King or Queen bed with an en-suite or adjoining full bath.
o Additional rooms with either double twin beds and at least another full bath.
o A supply of towels and linens accommodating all guests are provided.
o All homes include a baby crib and a high chair at no additional charge.
o Tennis Courts and Children’s playgrounds in most locations.
o Vacation homes are cleaned prior to arrival. Any cleaning during the guest stay is arranged and paid for locally to the management company.
o All vacation home are only minutes away from a large selection of restaurants and shops and conveniently located from 10 to 20 minutes drive to Disney World attraction parks.
o Homes maximum occupancy: 3 bedroom home (sleeps 6-8), 4 bedroom (sleeps 8-10), and 5 & 6 bedroom (sleeps 12-14).
