It is located 300 meters from Split's Golden Gate yet reachable by car. Quiet and green neighbourhood, only minutes away from pulsating green market, fish market and harbour. Guided tours available upon arrival.

The unit is on 2nd floor of a mid-1920s apartment building. It is south-oriented, very sunny and with a view to private gardens. The apartment was recently entirely redecorated with much attention to detail. The adjacent flat is inhabited by owner/manager and can be contacted at any time of the day. Neighbours are friendly and hospitable yet not intrusive. Free parking places can be found in front of the building but cannot be reserved in advance.

Bedroom has a double bed, comfortable for two adults. Multi-purpose room consists of 2 single beds and an extra couch. In total, the unit has 4+1 sleeps in 2 rooms. All of the beds are comfortable of average-size people, one of them was originally tailor-made for a basketball player. Auxilliary children-bed is available at request.

English, Italian and Spanish spoken. French not so much.
