Accommodations
Ocean Resort, Vancouver Island’s Wellness Retreat Centre is the perfect setting for your Fresh Start Health Retreat. You will enjoy an environment that is both welcoming and supportive to your healing. This eco-friendly Resort has been recently renovated and beautifully decorated, drawing the natural ocean-side setting into the décor. You can take long walks on the beach, watch the resident eagle and other wildlife from the comfort of a beach chair while going through a health program, or enjoy a contemplative stroll through the driftwood labyrinth.
Rooms/Suites
The resort boasts 28 beautifully appointed hotel rooms many with ocean views. Hotel rooms are clean and natural with wood flooring, hypoallergenic duvet covers, and natural Purely Saltspring amenities in the bathrooms.
You can choose either private or shared accommodation options for your stay. Note: Accommodations are included in the package.
Amenities
The Ocean Wellness Centre accommodates your daily activities (cleansing drinks, lectured, sharing times, dining, workshops, spa services). The center offers two meeting rooms, a comfortable sitting area, a fitness facility, spa treatment rooms and a dining area. Lectures, health videos and group time take place in two spacious meeting rooms. The sitting area is a lovely space where you can read, contemplate or visit with other guests.
Our guests enjoy nutritious and delicious meals, fresh organic juices and cleansing drinks, in the comfort of the ocean view dining-room.
The Wellness Centre houses three treatment rooms, two infrared saunas, and a room for private consultations. Colonic and steam bath facilities are also available.
The yoga room offers more ocean views and is where group exercise and mediation sessions are housed as per your schedule.
