4 bungalows set amongst 3 acres of rainforest around a new resort pool. The perfect getaway after spending a busy time in the city.

This purpose-built hostel is a great place to relax or get a taste of staying in the bush and experiencing some Aussie wildlife as it is situated in a koala corridor.

The bungalows range from 5 bed bunk rooms to doubles, families and deluxe doubles. The bungalows are set around our new saltwater pool. All rooms have fridge, kettle and the private rooms also have tea/coffee and tv. The Deluxe double rooms have a own bathroom, private balcony, microwave and lcd tv/dvd.

Enjoy cooking in our bush kitchen with it\'s huge deck area. A night in the \'shed\' is one to be remembered or in winter a night around the campfire cooking marshmallows will surely keep you happy.

We have bikes for hire, Wireless internet and sandboards and boogie boards to keep you entertained. Also available is a wide range of local activities which we can organise for you from our office.

Port Stephens has so much to offer from Dolphins, Whales to sandboarding or 4wd down the huge sand dunes. It\'s a place where you can do lots or a place to come and relax and enjoy the beauty that the place has to offer.

Directions


Port Stephens buses run hourly from Newcastle and drop off at our door. If boarding the bus at Newcastle train station (also where Greyhound drop off ) tell the friendly bus driver you are coming to us and he will drop you off at the door. If you have a YHA card the bus will only cost $2.90 to our door.

Port Stephens also run direct buses from Sydney to our door daily. You can contact the YHA to directly to book the bus.

Greyhound buses ( www.greyhound.com.au )also come to Newcastle and then you can connect with Port Stephens buses.

City Rail run into Newcastle train station again you can then connect with Port Stephens buses.

BY CAR (from Sydney)
Follow signs to Port Stephens off the Freeway.

Veer to your left to go over the Hexham Bridge, the sign will say Raymond Terrace, Taree etc.

Continue along the Pacific Highway for 11km until you veer to your left again onto Richardson Rd

Follow signs to Nelson Bay. At Salt Ash Richardson Rd joins with Nelson Bay Rd at the roundabout.

Continue along Nelson Bay Rd when you reach the Anna Bay shops roundabout.

Continue straight through, still heading for NELSON BAY. Approximately 2 km after you will notice a directional sign on the left, a turning lane on the right.

Turn right it should be FROST RD

Continue about 400m until you see the next sign, turn into ROBERT CONNELL CLOSE.
The car park is on your right just as you turn into Robert Connell Close.
