Brightonwave is a stylish boutique hotel in Brighton city centre, perfectly located close to the pier and within easy walking distance of all the best shops, restaurants and Brighton Conference Centre.
We are a 4 Star Silver Accolade property with 8 luxurious bedrooms, all fully en-suite and equipped with flat screen TVs, DVD/CD players and free WiFi. All rooms are non-smoking.
A delicious breakfast is included in the rates, consisting of tempting options such as fresh fruit, homemade blueberry pancakes, a healthy full English or a cooked vegetarian option, all cooked to order. We focus on providing a personalised service to all our guests, and can serve you a continental breakfast in bed if you desire. At weekends breakfast is served at a later time (9.00 - 10.30am) for those who take advantage of Brighton\'s excellent nightlife.
Check-in is by appointment, and is flexible. The latest check in time is 9.30pm.
Check out is by 11 am on weekdays and 12pm on weekends.

Take the A23 to Brighton, follow the signs for the seafront and Brighton Pier. when you reach the Pier roundabout turn left onto marine parade. madeira place is the 5th turning on the left. Brightonwave hotel is the distinctive battleship grey building located half way along.
Brightonwave is approximately 15 minutes walk from Brighton train station: leave Brighton mainline station and walk straight ahead until you reach the clock tower (large Boots on corner). take a left along north street pass the shops and banks until you reach old steine (royal bank of scotland on corner). go straight across and enter St. james's street directly opposite. madeira place is the fifth road on the right. brightonwave hotel is the distinctive battleship grey building half way down on the right hand side.
