Drive your own team
The Morning Adventure: Daily 9:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M.
Hands-on trip includes a hot gourmet lunch served on the trail. Get to know the dogs, harness them up and drive your own team or ride with us.

The Afternoon Run: Daily 2:00 P.M. to 4:30 P.M.
Drive your own team or ride along with us on this hands-on mushing adventure. Harness, hook-up, feed and love the dogs.

Winter Camping: Join us for a two day dogsledding adventure. All equipment provided, even extra winter clothing from our own Wolfsong Wear line to keep you warm (and stylish) throughout your trip.

Day Trips: drive your own team or ride along with us.


Winter Camping: Begin your adventure at 3 pm when you'll meet your guides, pack your gear, greet the dogs and then head out to the take off point. There you will learn how to harness dogs and drive your own team. Then we'll head out through the hills of Echo Valley and weave our way, stopping for views of Lake Superior and the Apostle Islands, to our base camp where you'll enjoy the comforts of wood heated, canvas wall tents. After bedding the dogs down for the evening, guests are welcome to explore the area by snowshoe. In the morning we'll water the dogs, harness and head out again on the trail for our return trip, exploring other trails along the way. This is one of the most unique ways to explore the Bayfield Peninsula.

Sleeping and meals

Hot locally prepared lunch on our Morning Adventure.
Winter Camping trips feature hot dinner & breakfast. Sleep in woodstove heated walled canvas tents. Each tent has a sleeping platform & pad provided.

Policies & Restrictions

Since we provide the dogs, please leave yours at home.

Rates & Availability

Morning Adventure: $265 per person (Monday/Thursday rate: $215 per person, excludes holidays)
Afternoon Run: $195 per person (Monday/Thursday rate: $155 per person, excludes holidays)

Trips begin December 26 and run through March. Contact us for current availability.
