Trebinje is reachable from Dubrovnik (25 km), Mostar (120 km) and Sarajevo (200 km). You have direct bus connections from Sarajevo (5 hrs), Mostar (2,5-3,5 hrs), Dubrovnik (45 min), Montenegro (1-2 hrs) or overnight from Belgrade and Novi Sad(both 12 hrs)
