a) 4NIGHTS 5 DAYS TO LAKE MANYARA,SERENGETI,NGORONGORO, AND TARANGIRE.
Day 1: Leave Arusha at 9 am with picnic luncheons for Lake Manyara National Park tour. Dinner and overnight at Panorama Campsite or Lodge
Day 2: Leave the Campsite or Lodge at 8 am for Sererngeti National Park tour. Game drive en route dinner and overnight at Seronera Campsite or Lodge which is situated in the center of the Serengeti
Day 3 : Start at 6 am from your Campsite or Lodge for the early morning game drive in the Serengeti again then after lunch drive to Ngorongoro Crater rim at Simba Campsite or Lodge for dinner and overnight
Day 4: Start at 6am and descend into the Ngorongoro crater floor for 6 hours crater tour. Later in the evening drive to Tarangire National Park at Zayone campsite or lodge for dinner and overnight
Day 5: Start at 8 am for a full day tour in Tarangire National Park. Later in the evening drive back to Arusha.
b) Six days/Five nights : Kilimanjaro Trek - Machame Route
Day 1: Pick up from the hotel at 8.00 AM and drive to the Machame Gate, where you will begin your trek through a spectacular forest area, reaching Machame Camp after 6 or 7 hours. There you will have dinner and overnight (3000M). Meal Plan: L, D
Day 2: After a short descent, you will begin your trek towards Shira Cathedral. Continuing on, you will pass by a superb bivi cave, just before arriving at Shira Camp, at 3,840M, where you will have dinner and overnight. Today’s climb is about 5-6 hours. Meal Plan: B, L, D
Day 3: Trek from Shira camp to Baranco Camp. You will have dinner and overnight at Baranco Camp. Baranco is 3,950 M/ about 11,800 ft). Meal Plan: B, L, D
Day 4: Trek from Baranco Camp to Barafu Hut (4,600 M, about 14,788 ft) where you will overnight before your ascent to Uhuru Peak. (5896M) NB. You can also spend this night at Lava Tower Camp (4,600 M), but it is a tricky ascent to the top from here and requires an experienced climber and good equipment. Meal Plan:B, L, D
Day 5: Shortly after midnight, arise and begin the final ascent to Uhuru Peak (5896M). You will then begin your descent to Mweka Camp (3,100 meters) stopping at Barafu Camp for Lunch in one hour, where you will have dinner and overnight. Meal Plan: B, L, D
Day 6: After completing your descent to Mweka Gate, you will receive your Summit Certificate and transfer back to your hotel. Meal Plan: B, L
CANCELLATION:
Up 21 days prior to commencement of arrangements the payment will be refunded less a nominal charge. cancellation less than 21 days will incur varying charges up to a maximum of 50% of the cost of the arrangements. They take effect from the day we receive cancellation in writing.

In the unfortunate even that we have to cancel a safari, we will return all monies paid or offer alternative services of comparable standards.
ACCOMMODATIONS:
Prices are based on double / single occupancy. Single rooms on safari cannot always be guaranteed due to limited space. Should an accommodation fall to provide single occupancy despite payment of supplement, the applicable amount is refundable. Accommodations are listed in preferred sequence. They range from modern hotels/lodges/resorts/luxury tented camps/normal campsites. Most have private bathrooms and swimming pools and all have full restaurant and bar facilities.
ALTERATION TO TOURS:
The sequences and accommodation of all itineraries is normally adhered to but we reserve the right to make alterations enforced by whether, roadwork’s, high season congestion or other causes. Any delays caused by natural calamities i.e. whether condition, road blocks etc. will not be the liability of the company.
LIABILITY:
“AFRICA SMART SAFARIS LTD” and its agents act only as agents of the client in all matters relating to accommodation, sightseeing, excursions, tours and all forms of transport. The company cannot accept any responsibility for default whether negligent or otherwise on the part of any of the services or accommodations with which the booking is made or which clients arrange themselves, nor is it not liable for clients additional expenses occasioned by their delay, alterations of travel services, sickness, injuries or as a result of weather, civil disturbance whatsoever interfering with, interrupting, altering or adding to the cost of services, excursions or tours applied for and booked.
The company’s liability to passengers carried in vehicles as used for transfers, excursions and tours is governed by the laws of Tanzania, Zanzibar and Kenya and all claims are subject only to the courts of the nations concerned.
The company reserves the right to employ sub-contractors and in the event to such exercise of such right the terms of clause (a) relating to the Company’s liability shall apply.
Whilst every care is taken the Company cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal property and it is advisable to arrange relevant insurance.
VALUABLES:
Please keep these with you at all times. Safety deposit facilities are available at most accommodations.
BAGGAGE:
While on safari one piece of baggage is permitted per person, plus the hand rucksack. All excess baggage is advised to be left behind with us/hotel or lodge until the end of tour/safari then it will be given back to you.
PRICES:
These include all expenses connected with vehicle and driver /guide, sightseeing as indicated in itineraries, entrance fees to the places to be visited, accommodations, service charges, government taxes, bed and the breakfast, half board, full board accommodations. Prices exclude the cost of passport, visa, health documents gratuities, laundry, drinks and other personal items, Airport landing and departure fees. All prices are subject to change without notice in advance based on increased rates and / or fluctuation in foreign currency and oil prices etc.
